3 per week | 7:00 AM - 14:00 PM

Pattern:

Rolling rota including weekends and public holidays

Your Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents' daily routines and well-being, including:

Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene) Helping with mobility and morning routines Providing companionship and emotional support Monitoring and reporting any changes in health or behaviour Ensuring a clean, safe, and homely environment for all

What We're Looking For

Compassionate and caring, with a genuine passion for helping others Reliable, responsible, and committed to high-quality care A strong team player with excellent communication skills Patient and adaptable, especially in changing care situations

Skills & Experience

Experience in care is a plus, but not essential - full training provided Basic understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rota
