Morning Service Host

, you'll play a key role in making those final moments feel just as memorable as their arrival.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing our breakfast buffet: keeping food, juices, and supplies replenished and attractively presented Supporting our a la carte service with attention to detail and warm hospitality Noting low stock items and communicating with the Kitchen and Housekeeping for restock Tidying and cleaning the relevant kitchen and service areas after breakfast Resetting the restaurant for evening dinner service Preparing and laying out afternoon tea place settings Completing all opening and closing tasks, ensuring checklists are filled out and standards upheld

About you:

You're organised, proactive, and calm under pressure You have an eye for presentation and cleanliness You're comfortable working independently but happy to muck in as part of a team Previous experience is great, but not essential - we'll provide full training Morning shifts suit your lifestyle, and you enjoy getting the job done right
