Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Send document requests to the clients (payslips, bank stats, ID etc)
- Managing the mortgage application process
- Chasing lenders to ensure mortgage offers are delivered quickly
- Finding solutions to problems
- Working with clients
- Liaising with solicitors
- Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, however not required
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Familiarity with financial services is a plus
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
