Mortgage Administrator

to join our friendly and professional team.

What You'll Do:

As a Mortgage Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our advisers and clients throughout the mortgage and protection application process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress applications smoothly

Chasing mortgage and protection applications to ensure a quick turnaround

Managing and updating client records and case tracking systems

Chasing documents, valuations, and offers to ensure timelines are met

Providing outstanding service and keeping clients informed throughout the process

What We're Looking For:

Mortgage administration experience is essential

? Strong communication and customer service skills
? Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
? Proficient in using technology and managing data
? A positive, proactive attitude and a team-focused approach
