About The Role
Knight Frank Finance is looking to hire a Mortgage Administrator to provide client service to the Knight Frank Finance clients.
Role
Supported by the Client Service Manager, this role is responsible for delivering a professional and excellent client experience. The role will require you to work closely with the Advisor and be accountable for safeguarding the business pipeline by identifying and flagging potential risk or breaches.
Responsibilities
+ Supporting dedicated Advisor/team in delivering exceptional client service throughout the process.
+ Making introduction calls to all clients and being a point of contact for the client.
+ Processing the cases from submission through to completion/risk, by chasing lender, protection providers, solicitors and keeping the client and Advisor informed of status.
+ Ensuring all new business is checked on submission and log any breaches for the sales process.
+ Chasing Advisors to complete remedial action from breaches and file reviews.
+ Invoicing and chasing outstanding client fees in line with process.
+ Processing client fees via the Epdq service.
+ Scanning and submitting documentation to lenders and maintaining client confidentiality.
+ Ensuring all information on the CRM is accurate, correct and matches paperwork.
+ Assisting the Advisors to resolve any problem cases within the guidelines.
+ Make full and accurate notes of all conversations and ensure that they are actioned or passed on to the appropriate colleague without unnecessary delay.
+ Type reports, letters, schedules, forms etc.
+ Ensure all filing both paper and electronic is carried out on a regular basis to maintain an up-to-date filing system.
+ Managing the daily diary by way of prioritising.
+ Providing the Client service manager with banking forecast each week.
+ Ensuring that offers are checked and signed off by the Advisor.
Key Experience Required:
+ A minimum of 6 months experience in a mortgage administration role.
+ Ability to quickly understand and use the process driven mortgage sales system.
+ Experience dealing with high net-worth individuals.
