Administrative experience is preferred in financial services, but not essential.

Must have A levels or equivalent, can consider other industry qualifications and background experience, but will assess the merits of how one can add value to this role and our business;
Must have strong communication in written and verbal ;
Excellent IT skills and a strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs.

Able to liaise with clients confidently and professionally;
Must be highly organised;

Financial Services Related Administration Duties


Speaking to clients face to face and via telephone call;
Onboarding, gathering personal information from clients;
Obtaining relevant papers and photocopying original documents;
Creating personal file for each client;
Communicating with clients via email, phone, text massage, and written letter;
Fill out mortgage applications;
Completing non investment insurance forms and documents;
Data input into our back office system;
Data input on lenders and providers portal;
Using mortgage product sourcing system;
Create and maintain client files systematically in a sequence;
Follow compliance procedures when organising files;
Scanning documents;
Shredding documents and emptying out shredder and disposing shredded paper;
Compliance with GDPR and clear desk policy;
Communicating with banks and providers to obtain information;
Liaising with lenders verbally on phone and through email relating to applications in progress;
Attending lenders seminars and workshops;
Willing to study and attend relevant courses to obtain qualifications if necessary;
Writing letters to clients and lenders;
Writing reports related to clients cases and application;

General filling duties;
General administration duties;

Answering office phone.

Office / Premises related duties



Ordering stationery, branch supplies and other marketing materials to deadlines;
Welcoming clients, and offering and organising/making refreshments for guests;
Washing up own tea cup, plate, and cutlery on daily basis;
Cleaning own desk;
Emptying out own bin;

Objective


To provide administrative support branch Mortgage Broker.
And working alongside property sales staff and assisting their clients/buyers to obtain mortgage.

Part time position, 16 to 24 hours per week: Hourly Pay 12.21
