Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Mortgage Administration:



Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to progress applications smoothly Preparing and submitting mortgage applications Tracking cases from submission through to completion Ensuring all compliance and documentation requirements are met Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
. Providing administrative support to senior advisors, including diary management and travel planning

Handling correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of management Preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents Assisting with client meeting preparation and follow-up Managing general office tasks and supporting broader team initiatives
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 6,912.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 per week
