Salary based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the mortgage advisers and management
- Manage and maintain client files
- Key mortgage and protection applications
- collate, check and store all required client documentation
- Maintain back office system (intelliflo) and use a task based system for daily workload
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation organization
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner
- Assist with data entry, data analysis, and report generation as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mortgage administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). intelliflo knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
