Mortgage Administrator

to join our expanding team.

The Role

You will play a key part in supporting our Mortgage Advisors, ensuring that applications progress smoothly from submission through to completion. This is a varied role that requires accuracy, efficiency, and strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Processing mortgage and protection applications from submission to completion Liaising with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and clients to ensure cases move forward promptly Maintaining accurate client records on our CRM system Chasing outstanding documents and requirements Preparing compliance documentation and ensuring regulatory standards are met Supporting Mortgage Advisors with administration tasks to free up their time for client work Providing excellent customer service to clients, keeping them updated throughout the process

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Experience in financial services, administration, or customer service is

beneficial but not essential
