We are a Commerical Finance Brokers based in Plymouth, Devon, who work with businesses, property investors & developers to support them in obtaining funding to grow & develop their business needs.
Reporting to our Lending Support Supervisor, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lending Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is vital for supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Duties
Liaising with Lenders, Solicitors, Valuers and clients accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Utilise computerised systems for managing files and documents.
Provide clerical support including correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes.
Experience
The successful candidate should ideally have:
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficiency in data entry and computerised systems.
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
