The Role: Mortgage & Protection Administrator
As our new Mortgage & Protection Administrator, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, providing essential support to our busy adviser. You will be responsible for ensuring every mortgage and protection application is handled with precision, from initial submission through to successful completion. This is a crucial role where you will take ownership of the administrative processes that keep our business running smoothly and our clients happy.
Day-to-day, you will act as the central point of contact, liaising with clients, lenders, providers, and solicitors to proactively progress cases. Your work will be the glue that holds each customer's journey together, ensuring all parties are kept informed and all paperwork is meticulously managed. You won't just be processing data; you'll be delivering peace of mind and helping to turn our clients' home-buying dreams into reality.

What You'll Be Doing
Case Management: Own the end-to-end process for mortgage and protection applications, from submission to completion.
Liaison & Communication: Proactively communicate with lenders, clients, solicitors, and providers to obtain updates and keep all parties informed.
Quality Control & Compliance: Meticulously double-check files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all applications are compliant with FCA regulations.
Data & System Management: Accurately enter and update data on our CRM and pipeline systems in real-time.
Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing professional and prompt assistance
Problem-Solving: Resolve problems and chase outstanding documents efficiently to keep cases on track.
What We're Looking For

The Ideal Candidate:
Has successfully passed CeMAP 1, 2, & 3 - this is a huge advantage and makes you our top candidate.
Has successfully passed CeMAP 1 - this is also a significant advantage and makes you an ideal candidate.
Has a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mortgage administration, or similar experience within financial services.
Has an eagle eye for detail--you spot the mistakes others miss.
Possesses outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
Is highly organized and proactive, able to juggle multiple tasks and manage your workload effectively without constant supervision.
Is a true team player with a positive, collaborative attitude. Acts with complete integrity and professionalism at all times.

Work Location: This is a remote position.
Compensation: A competitive base salary of 25,000 to 28,000, depending on experience (DOE) and is negotiable.
Pay per case may also be discussed during the interview process.
