Basic Salary - 26,000- 29,000 with OTE 35,000 - 40,000
The main purpose of the role:
Ensure clients have a smooth and pleasant experience
Administer mortgage and protection applications from the point of sign-up whilst supplying outstanding documents to lenders and insurers
Support the advisors in managing relationships with clients that have been seen for their initial mortgage appointments
Support the advisors with supplying critical information to lenders and insurers to ensure applications move to offer swiftly
Update notes on records to reflect the progress of cases
Update in house reporting tools to reflect case progression
Provide clients with regular updates during the process and support the advisors by answering any non-advice related questions where possible.
Provide general insurance quotations
Appointment confirmation & qualification
Generation of protection leads

:
Full-time position (Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5.30 pm)
Working in our Royston or Newmarket office

1-year experience with Mortgage Administration/Case progression
Opportunity to train as a mortgage broker and be provided with full support and resources for qualification
