Job Description
Infinity Financial Advice is looking for a Case Manager to join our admin team based in Stourbridge. The successful candidate will be able to use their own initiative and think on their feet. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual with proven ability to work efficiently and on their own within a fast-paced working environment.
The Case Manager will work very closely with a team of experienced advisers on mortgage cases. You will gain a great understanding of the mortgage market and will act as a point of contact for customers, lenders, builders, and solicitors as part of their mortgage application.
The ideal candidate will be confident, highly motivated, keen to learn, have a strong character and be able to integrate quickly into a team environment. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Time management skills and an ability to prioritise workloads is essential. Excellent attention to detail and natural ability to deliver exceptional standards of customer service.

- StourbridgeKey tasks of a case manager will include, but will not be limited to:
Ensuring that systems and processes are always followed accordingly
Deal with day-to-day client, intermediary and transaction enquiries
Assist in the preparation of applications
Following up on internal approvals and information requests
Provide support to all operational mortgage administration processes
Liaise with advisors, lenders, solicitors, and clients
- Work as a team with fellow case managers

Basic- 24000 - 28000 dependent upon experience
