We are looking for a Part Time (Mon-Wed) Mortgage Administrator to work in the Thornton-Cleveleys area. The role will have the ability in the future to progress into full time and even the option to train as a Mortgage Broker.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, lenders and introducers alike. We are looking for excellent organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines using a variety of software and systems. Responsibilities:
Accurate data entry of mortgage and protection applications
Regular liaison with clients, introducers, lenders and providers
Social Media content
Progression of mortgage and protection applications through to completion
Dealing with incoming calls and emails
Booking client appointments
Chasing outstanding case requirements
Invoicing and reconciling payments from clients, networks, introducers and providers
Skills and Experience Required:
Adaptability to grow with the needs of a developing business
Excellent IT skills (inc. word and excel) with the ability to learn and adapt to new software
Tenacity and meticulous attention to data accuracy
Ability to problem solve independently and with initiative
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
Demonstrate a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service
The role involves supporting the team in providing high quality mortgage and protection service to their customers with the opportunity to develop the role to become a qualified mortgage adviser.
Mortgage admin and excellent customer service skills are required and the role will involve working from the office in or around the Thornton area.
Starting salary is 11856 per annum
