What You'll Be Doing

You'll work

one-on-one with your dedicated Mortgage Advisor

, acting as the vital support from

DIP stage through to Mortgage Offer

. This isn't your typical admin role - it's fast-moving, client-focused, and highly rewarding. You'll:

Use our client portal to

gather documentation efficiently

Submit DIPs and Applications

to both specialist and high street lenders Handle

case management from submission to offer

Be part of improving the

customer journey

every step of the way

Who We're Looking For

You've got previous experience in mortgage administration and love working in a

collaborative, high-energy team

. You're organised, confident, and love smashing targets. Most of all, you want to
