What we're offering you:

Enhanced Salary & Guarantee Structure: (18 Months)

During the first 16 weeks of training: A basic salary of: 26K per annum. From Month 4 to Month 10: Basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: 30K per annum. From Month 11 to Month 12: Basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: 32.5K per annum. From Month 13 to Month 18: Basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: 35K per annum. From Month 19: Basic salary increases to 30K plus unlimited commission, realistic: OTE of 75K+ A clear salary and commission progression plan leading to 75K+ realistic OTE. A role where your skills are maximised: advising, problem-solving, and guiding clients through life-changing financial decisions. Long-term career growth: we've grown from 0 to 100 employees in 3 years, with many managers promoted internally.

Who we're looking for: You don't need financial services experience. What matters is that you have:

A proven track record in senior sales or customer-facing roles within hospitality management, retail management, recruitment, insurance, call centres, professional services etc.). Resilience, drive, and a genuine desire to build a career, not just take a job. Excellent communication skills: you know how to listen, build rapport, and explain complex ideas simply. The discipline to thrive in a structured, high-performing environment.Based in Norfolk (this role is Norwich office-based).

What success looks like:

By the end of the Adviser training Academy, you'll be a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser, regularly advising customers, submitting 15+ mortgages a month, and building a reputation as a trusted expert.
