We're working with a highly successful and modern mortgage brokerage in Colchester. After several years of impressive growth, they're now looking to bring in another skilled advisor to support continued expansion.
They want a standout Mortgage Adviser or Broker with a proven track record - who brings both professionalism and drive. If you're someone who genuinely cares about clients and wants to be part of something ambitious, this is a great opportunity to do meaningful work in a high-performing team.
What You'll Need
- Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in a broker role
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Basic salary between 30,000 - 35,000
- Realistic OTE of 70,000 - 90,000 (based on current team performance)
- Leads provided via estate agency partnerships
- Laptop and phone provided
- Uncapped commission structure
- Flexible and hybrid working after 6 months
