About the Role:

We're an FCA-authorised mortgage brokerage, established in 2005, seeking experienced

CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisers

to join us on a

freelance basis

. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours. You'll be working cases that have already been qualified by our internal team -- no cold calling, no self-sourcing.

What You'll Do:

Manage a steady flow of

pre-qualified cases

(not appointments). Each case includes: fact find, credit report, bank statements & lender affordability checks. Advise clients via

phone or email

based on their needs and circumstances. Submit DIPs and applications using our lender panel. Track and log only the

active time

you spend working on cases.

What We Offer:

(tracked time on client calls, research, DIPs, emails, applications). Flexible working - set your own hours. Admin and case qualification support provided. Remote onboarding, system access & compliance support. No cold leads, no appointment booking.

What We Need From You:

CeMAP or equivalent (required). Minimum 12 months' experience advising on mortgages. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work independently and remotely. Fully checkable employment history and clean compliance record.

Additional Information:

Initial training may take place remotely or in Whiteley, Hampshire (accommodation provided if needed). Weekly availability must be agreed in advance.
