Role Overview
A full-time role for a qualified Mortgage Adviser working as part of a team of advisers, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients across the UK. You will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs, source suitable mortgage products, and recommend protection solutions to safeguard their future.
Key Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and provide tailored, expert, professional mortgage and protection advice
Source suitable mortgage products from a broad panel of lenders
Seamlessly guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process
Comply with FCA regulations and company standards to satisfy the networks audit requirements
Develop and nurture strong client relationships to encourage a returning client base and referrals
Self-develop and stay up to date with industry related topics
Key Requirements
Essential CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
Proven track record in mortgage and protection roles ideal but not essential
Ability to generate and convert leads into mortgage sales
Proficient in using mortgage sourcing and CRM systems
Dedicated to maintaining compliance standards and treating customers fairly
