Job Title: Mortgage Advisor. (Mainstream Lending)

Flexible -- Fully remote or at Haysto HQ in Norwich.

Salary:

Up to 35,000 basic (DOE).

Year 1 Guarantee:

45,000 Minimum earning guarantee*.

Year 2 OTE:

Realistic earnings of 75,000+

Target Candidates

: Applicants must be Fully CeMAP qualified, with at least 12 months' experience in a regulated mortgage advice role, and have held Competent Adviser Status (CAS) within the last 12 months.

le Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on: First-time buyer mortgages Home movers and remortgages Buy?to?let and investment mortgages. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Process and advise on

15+ mortgage applications per month

Collaborate closely with specialist teams handling customer acquisition, pipeline progression, and insurance.

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills--phone, face?to?face, and email. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong organisational abilities and time management. Competent with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.

Working Hours:

Full-time, between Monday-Thursday working two days of 9AM-6PM and two days of 11AM 8PM, Fridays 9AM-5PM. No weekend work required -- flexible hybrid/fully remote model.
