Mortgage and Protection Adviser

What we are looking for?

We are seeking a Qualified Mortgage and Protection adviser. In the last 4 years we have helped our clients apply for lending worth more than 275m and we are ambitious to not only build on that figure but also diversify our product offering.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Engage with customers, face to face and over the phone

- Provide expert advice to clients on a range of mortgage and protection products

- Inputting client data on our secure portal

- Submitting Mortgage applications and Protection policies and liaising with lenders and insurers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders and insurers

- Take part in regular training, one-to-one and team meetings, looking to identify areas for improvement and focusing on what is going well

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years industry experience

- Fully CeMap Qualified or equivalent qualifications

- Competent Adviser Status (CAS)

- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations and market trends

- Experience with complex mortgage cases and specialist lenders

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Motivated to succeed and provide outstanding client support

- Be ambitious

- Have a proven ability to develop strong relationships with customers and team members

- Organised with exceptional time management skills
