Due to our growing reputation and new growth plans, Make Mortgages Easy are seeking a driven, ambitious and highly motivated trainee mortgage and protection adviser to join our team.

Make Mortgages Easy is an award-winning whole of market mortgage and protection advice business that specialises in helping self-employed, business owners and people who may have lost hope in getting a mortgage. We prove that it can still be possible to own your own home, no matter how difficult your circumstances.

We further ensure that our clients understand the importance of having the right protection insurance in place. Protection insurance that not only safeguards their finances but provides protection for theirs's and their families future.

You will receive:

Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 depending on experience - OTE 34,000 (uncapped commission)

Working hours - Full Time - Monday to Friday

Above all we're looking for someone with the right can-do attitude, willing to learn and push themselves outside their comfort zone.

Our ideal trainee mortgage adviser is/has:



Proven track record of working in sales, ideally within the mortgage industry

12 months experience within sales is essential

An understanding of the home buying process.

Having the CeMap qualification would be advantageous, or studying towards this.

Resilient, positive and ambitious

Motivated and a self-starter, resourceful and can-do attitude.

Competent, professional telephone manor, know how to empathise and read a situation - be a people person!

Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.

Excellent organisational and time management skills
