Mortgage & Protection Advisor

who's already active in the industry and ready to take their career to the next level.

The Role

We're looking for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our growing team, with employed and self-employed options available. You'll offer expert guidance to clients across the UK, assessing their needs, sourcing the right mortgage solutions, and recommending protection products to help secure their futures.

Whether you choose to join us on an employed or self-employed basis, this is a client-first role that comes with real freedom, support, and a team behind you that genuinely wants you to succeed.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who's already advising and ready to hit the ground running - someone confident, professional, and passionate about getting the best results for their clients.

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

Currently advising, with a proven track record

Genuinely client-focused and great at building trust

Proactive, positive, and professional (a good sense of humour is always welcome!)

Sharp attention to detail in recording needs and making recommendations

Strong written and verbal communication

Confident managing your own caseload and keeping clients updated clearly and regularly
