This role is perfect for an experienced Mortgage Area Sales Manager looking to excel in a broker environment, or a Senior Mortgage Advisor ready to progress into management.

What you'll do:

Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Mortgage Consultants, helping them build successful careers within our group. Drive performance and exceed sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service. Shape the future of our business by attracting top talent and creating a culture of success. Deliver short-term sales goals and long-term growth strategies, reporting to senior leadership.

What we're looking for:

Full mortgage qualification (CeMAP or equivalent). Proven experience in Financial Services and a strong track record in mortgage sales. A passion for leadership, coaching, and motivating teams. Commercial awareness and the ability to lead by example.
