Mortgage Manager - North East

PRIMIS Mortgage Network

are seeking approaches from highly experienced

Mortgage & Protection Advisors

that are looking for a clear defined gateway into Mortgage Regional Management.

The firm recruiting for such individuals are a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation.

The partner AR firm are a large partner business that are growing their headcount and introducer relationships hence the need for more Management potential advisors.

This role will entail the already experienced advisor starting with the firm as an advisor whilst then being mentored to develop and progress to a mini management role leading some 6 advisors.

These mini management roles are a great base and training ground prior to then progressing to the more lucrative full Regional Management roles that will become available.

Base salary to circa 40,000 doe negotiable plus comms and in time comms earnings from the advisors they oversee.

Full salary details as the individual progresses towards regional management will be discussed in detail.

The ideal candidate will live in and around the North East, will be an existing experienced broker and ideally have Estate Agency linked exposure (and of course be looking for progression to management).
