Vincent Burch is a Directly Authorised firm, with 10 years experience, and we are looking for experienced & successful Mortgage Advisers to join us.

In addition to Residential and Buy to Let mortgage Advice, you can also support your clients with

Bridging & Commercial Finance

, and Secured Loans within our brokerage.

Our mortgage brokers can work from

leads generated by us

, we do not buy in leads, which obviously increases your conversions. We would not ask you to cold call, or take an upfront broker fee payment..

You must have

2 years

proven track record in providing Mortgage Advice and have full CeMap, or CII MP qualifications. We are looking for Mortgage Advisers who are self-starters, Advisers who can generate their own leads in addition to leads which we can provide and support your business growth.

You will be supported with the latest technology & systems, and by a team of Case Managers. When you are hitting the numbers, you can be supported by your very own team of Para-Planners. Our Advisers who benefit from the Para-planners, are expected to personally bank in excess of 100k per year. Which, for the right person and sharing the administration work allows the Advisers to concentrate their efforts on giving Mortgage Advice, which is where their efforts are best served.

This is a Self-Employed position, based anywhere nationwide in the UK. The role is predominantly telephone based, but you will meet some clients in person. We are an established Mortgage Advice firm and have proven figures, not fantasy forecasts. Due to business expansion and our forecast targets for this year, we require a number of experienced Mortgage Advisers to join our team.

We do not charge a Broker Fee, in the vast majority of our cases and we do not work from a panel of lenders. So if you are an Adviser who understands exactly what that means for your clients, (providing 'Mortgage Advice' and 'not selling a fee'). Secondly, you must be offering the utmost best service wherever you can, which is what you can expect from a firm with those fundamental principles.
