Mortgage & Property Finance Broker - Join James Property Mortgages Ltd

James Property Mortgages is growing - and we're looking for the right person to join our ambitious, friendly, and investor-driven team.

We're not your average brokerage. With direct access to a large UK property investor audience through our social media brand (@jamesproperty_), you'll be working with serious clients ready to buy and grow their portfolios.

The Role

As a Mortgage & Property Finance Broker at JPM, you'll:

Provide expert advice on

BTL, HMO, bridging, holiday lets

, and

Ltd Co. mortgages

Guide clients from enquiry to application across both

regulated

and

non-regulated

lending Work closely with our in-house team to process leads generated from our investor community Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation in line with FCA and network standards Deliver a high standard of client care and support - we're proud of our service levels

What We're Looking For

Minimum

1 year experience

as a mortgage broker (AR, DA, or employed) Strong knowledge of property investment lending (BTL, HMO, bridging, Ltd Co., etc.) Comfortable working

remotely

and independently Excellent communication and client-handling skills Organised, motivated, and proactive CeMAP or equivalent qualification Experience with sourcing systems and lender portals

Bonus if you have

Experience with

commercial or development finance

Experience working with

overseas or expat clients

A passion for property investment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
