Exciting opportunity to join a progressive finance company as a trainee specialist mortgage finance broker in London.



You will follow a well-established structured trainee programme learning the finance broker ropes from the ground up.

Learning the finance broker role from the ground up will be your main priority, progressing to enrolment on the industry recognised CeMAP mortgage study course.

Subject to satisfactory performance and successful completion of the CeMAP course (4 to 6 months), you will be required to begin your cases under supervision.

After completing a fixed number of cases subject to internal approval, you will be signed off as a specialist finance broker and provided with a contract with a higher basic salary and a bonus structure with responsibility for your clients as part of a team and with a straightforward system on how to progress based on your performance.

Responsibilities & Requirements



Provide an exemplary level of customer service to both customers and clients Provide complete, highly professional, effective, and proactive dedicated support to our brokers Build strong working relationships with our brokers Provide exceptional customer service in everything you do Be an excellent communicator and build sound relationships between all the parties involved throughout the lending process Become an active part in the care of clients and be wholly familiar with the contacts and clients of our senior brokers Enter, maintain, and update client notes, details, and relevant information on the firm's CRM contact system in real-time, where appropriate Provide research support and lender liaison (pre-submission) to our brokers Pro-actively liaising with clients to request documentation, checking that the documentation provided is correct and compliant

Qualifications and Skills



At least 1 year of work experience Recent undergraduate degree - minimum 2.1 within the last 5 years Confident mathematical ability Enthusiastic, personable, and self-driven Being able to demonstrate good communication and people skills
