Mortgage Brokerage Manager
who can lead the business while continuing to advise clients.What You'll Do:
Provide expert mortgage & protection advice nationwide
Manage & motivate the brokerage team
Oversee operations, compliance & performance
Maximise exclusive estate agency lead opportunities
Maintain our five-star service reputation
What We're Looking For:
CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
Proven success in mortgages & protection
Leadership/management experience in financial services
Strong FCA compliance knowledge
Driven, professional & client-focused
