The Opportunity

We're looking for a

Sales Manager

to lead and inspire a team of

10+ experienced mortgage brokers

. This is a key leadership role focused on

sales performance, coaching, motivation, and training

You'll play a vital part in shaping the future of our business while helping your team deliver outstanding results and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of mortgage brokers to exceed sales targets Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to drive results Deliver structured training and ongoing development Foster a high-performance, client-focused culture Collaborate with senior leadership on business growth and strategy

What We're Looking For

Proven

leadership experience

in the

mortgage industry

Strong background in

sales management, coaching, and performance development
