A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Case Handler / Administrator to join our Chorley based business on a full-time permanent basis. We are embarking on the next phase of growth and are recruiting an experienced administrator to expand the team.

You will provide an administration service to our advisers ensuring that all new business is completed in the most time efficient manner.

Tasks will involve:

Creating and maintaining client records Providing dedicated support to the advisors throughout the mortgage process Liaising with lenders/solicitors for updates Updating clients and introducers on a regular basis
We also encourage and financially support employees looking to develop their skill by taking industry qualifications.

Skills Required



Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be liaising with advisers, solicitors, lenders and clients IT skill with experience of using Excel and Word
Office hours, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-25,000.00 per year
