We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy mortgage admin team, helping and supporting customers to ensure their mortgage goes through as smoothly as possible.

This role has scope for progression within the mortgage and/or protection industry.

Who are we looking for?

You have a track record of working in mortgage or financial services environment and ability to achieve deadlines

Passionate about providing a great customer experience

Great communication skills

Positive, professional telephone manner

Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail

What you will be doing:

Overseeing the progression on all cases from application to completion

You will be speaking to customers and developers on the phone to ensure they are kept updated through their mortgage journey

Dealing with any client's queries or concerns.

Liaise with solicitors and lenders to ensure mortgage applications go through as quickly as possible

Taking part in regular 121s and training sessions

What we are offering:

Basic salary: 25,500 per year starting salary

OTE up to 35,000

29 days holiday (including bank holidays and a day off for your birthday)
