Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Full Training & CeMAP Sponsorship

Basic Salary:

26,000

OTE:

45,000 - 60,000 (uncapped)

Schedule:

5 days per week (including some Saturdays - typically 1-2 off per month)

Driving:

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred

You'll work alongside experienced advisors and estate agency teams to deliver exceptional mortgage and protection advice, helping customers secure their dream homes while building your own professional success.

What You'll Be Doing

Meet clients face-to-face or virtually to offer tailored mortgage and protection advice. Source the best mortgage deals from the whole market. Advise on and sell protection products from leading providers such as Legal & General. Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to convert new leads and opportunities. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Stay up to date with lender criteria and new financial products. Work closely with the admin team to ensure cases are compliant and completed efficiently. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

What We're Looking For

Proven success in sales, customer service, or target-driven roles. Confident, proactive, and passionate about helping people. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred. CeMAP1 qualified, studying towards CeMAP, or ready to start training. Determined, ambitious, and eager to build a long-term career in mortgage advice.
