Role Overview:

As a Mortgage Intermediary Sales & Support, you will support the delivery of an excellent customer journey through our Broker / Intermediary channel by providing a personal, efficient service whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Effectively manage the Society's Intermediary telephone line, dealing with Intermediary criteria and registration enquiries. Proactively look for new business leads by communicating with brokers both directly and through Mortgage Clubs/Networks. Communicate effectively with intermediaries ensuring packaging requirements have been met for applications submitted, chasing any outstanding documentation and retrieving documents from our broker portal. Ensure the Society's products and criteria are accurately featured on all sourcing system / comparison sites. Take ownership and ensure our broker panel is up to date by completing broker registrations and updating the relevant areas. Process Broker Decision in Principles. To support the Business Development Managers (BDM) and Mortgage Advisors on a daily basis supporting with activities such as booking appointments, following up leads and any phone support that is required. To attend BDM events as required and promote the Society and the services we are able to offer. Support the co-ordination and running of the day with the BDM. Assist with Mortgage Sales System Testing and process documentation.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours) and operates on a hybrid basis, with the requirement to be office-based in Stafford c3 days each week.
