You'll blend
sales leadership, operational control, and compliance oversight
, ensuring our advisers perform at their best, our clients receive an exceptional experience, and every part of the business runs efficiently and profitably.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead & Develop the Team
Coach, support, and develop both employed and self-employed advisers to achieve high performance and compliance excellence.
Conduct 1-1s, observations, and reviews as required -- aligning sales targets, personal development, and compliance standards.
Help advisers grow their income, refine their business plans, and hit key milestones.
Deliver training, workshops, and guidance that turn potential into results.
Drive Sales Performance & Growth
Measure, monitor, and manage KPIs across leads, appointments, conversions, and completions.
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive sales growth and revenue.
Collaborate with leadership on marketing, lead generation, and client-journey optimisation to maximise opportunity.
Increase protection penetration and case value per client through coaching and process improvement.
Ensure Compliance & Quality
Oversee all FCA compliance requirements including SM&CR, T&C Scheme, Consumer Duty, AML, GDPR, and complaints.
Review adviser cases, monitor file checks, and ensure timely resolution of any flagged issues.
Communicate compliance updates, legislative changes, and FCA guidance clearly to the team.
Balance performance goals with adherence to regulatory frameworks -- protecting the firm while enabling growth.
Operational Oversight
Manage adviser onboarding, fit & proper assessments, CPD tracking, and competency reviews.
Oversee internal systems, MI, and data reporting for continuous improvement.
Support investigations and reporting around AML, data protection, or client complaints.
Maintain and improve internal processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Who You Are
CeMAP qualified
(essential), with at least 5 years in financial services -- ideally including hands-on mortgage advising experience.
Minimum 3 years in a
management, operations, or compliance
role within a brokerage or network.
Proven experience driving
sales performance
while maintaining high compliance standards.
Commercially astute and confident with numbers, performance metrics, and business growth.
Excellent communicator who can coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.
Detail-driven yet strategic -- able to balance operational precision with growth ambition.
