to support our advisers and clients throughout the mortgage and insurance journey. This is a key administrative role that helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes - from first enquiry to completion and beyond.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, as well as the central liaison between lenders, providers, solicitors, and our internal advisers. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases at once while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Answering inbound calls and booking appointments for advisers
Handling and managing client files and documentation
Carrying out initial compliance checks and ensuring regulatory requirements are met
Completing admin tasks across mortgage, life insurance, and general insurance applications
Proactively chasing lenders, solicitors, and insurance providers for case updates
Keeping clients updated on progress throughout their application journey
Providing a high standard of after-sales care, including gathering reviews and testimonials
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations as needed

This is a part-time office-based role working
22 hours per week

10:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday:
10:00am - 4:00pm
Friday:
10:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday:
10:00am - 2:00pm
Please note, flexibility around peak periods (such as Christmas) may be required.

What We're Looking For:
We don't expect you to know everything on day one - training will be provided. However, we are looking for someone who has:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Confidence working with clients and professionals over the phone and via email
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Basic IT competency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)
Previous experience in an admin, customer service, or financial services role is a bonus - but not essential
