Mortgage & Protection Adviser based in Somerset & Exeter - Hybrid working offered

About the Role:

Ascertain client's needs to advise them on their mortgage and protection requirements. You will be involved in inbound and outbound calls and meetings with the flexibility to carry out a manner of either face to face, virtual or telephone appointments. Guiding clients through the buying process which may mean liaising with solicitors and estate agents.

The ideal candidate will:

Have CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a mortgage & protection adviser - please note this is a preference not a requirement Be able to demonstrate previous performance where applicable Be passionate about giving every client a bespoke service based on their individual needs Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Keep themselves continually up to date with an ever-changing sector Have strong rapport building skills with the ability to be personable yet professional and to network in order to help build your client bank and our brand Be proactive and resourceful with a positive mindset Have the ability to problem-solve and build solutions for your clients Be compliant and have a full employment history as referencing may be required Be driven to succeed in a role that can be very demanding

Salary and Benefits

You will be provided with leads from various sources, including estate agents, new build developers, accountants, existing client bank and other sources. Uncapped earnings - Pay: 70,000 OTE per year

Mortgage Advising: 2 years (preferred)

CeMAP or equivalent qualification (required)
