Salary: OTE \xc2\xa360k

Position: Permanent \xe2\x80\x93 Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a busy Estate Agency & Financial Services Group.

The company has well trained sales negotiators who provide copious quantities of warm leads to its prolific Mortgage Services Division.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified; have current Competent Advisor Status (CAS) and be an excellent communicator; able to build rapid and long-lasting rapport with customers.

You will have great attention to detail, the ability to spot business opportunities, demonstrate that you are self-motivated and have a proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Financial Services) role will include:

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• CeMAP (or equivalent) Qualified
• Competent Advisor Status (CAS)
• Previous use of mortgage specific software
• Skilled at cross selling opportunities
• Smart & well-presented
• Well-spoken and articulate
• Excellent telephone manner and superb inter-personal skills
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
• Hold a full UK driving license
