We're Hiring: Mortgage & Protection Case Manager | UK | Full-Time
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive
Mortgage & Protection Case Manager
to join our clients team. You'll support our clients advisers and clients from application through to completion, keeping everything moving behind the scenes and ensuring excellent service throughout.Hours:

25,000 - 27,500 (depending on experience)What you'll be doing:
Input and manage client data and documentation in line with GDPR Liaise with clients, advisers, lenders, providers, solicitors, and medical professionals Submit documents, chase outstanding info, and track case progress Keep clients updated with clear communication Manage the "put on risk" process and take broker fees using internal systems Step in early to resolve delays and issues
We're looking for someone who:
Has strong admin or case management experience Is confident dealing with clients and external parties Works well under pressure and can manage multiple cases Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Is confident using Microsoft 365 and open to learning new systems (Bonus) Has knowledge of mortgage or protection processes
