An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin/Mortgage Support officer to join our Mortgage Broker firm in Doncaster.

Hours - Full time and part time hours will be considered.

Salary - Dependant on experience

Closing date - Friday 5th December.

The role

Being a key point of contact for customers and clients as their case progresses addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Gather, analyse and interpret client documentation required to help progress the customers case forward. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals to facilitate the mortgage process. Assisting the Mortgage Advisors in conducting thorough research to find the best mortgage deals for clients based on their individual needs. Coordinate all mortgage and lending leads and manage the tracking and sales process from the mortgage being approved through to the customer purchasing their home or fulfilling a secured or unsecured lending option for the clients individual needs. Prepare documentation for mortgage submissions. Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations, completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the role Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment Speaking to clients regarding life insurance and critical illness, ensuring they have sufficient cover in place.
To be successful in this role:

Essential:

Excellent organisation skills with a keen attention to detail. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in basic maths to accurately assess financial information and calculations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Desirable:

Experience of working within a financial environment Some knowledge of mortgage products and regulations.
Training:

In house training will be provided.
