highly organised and commercially minded Case Manager
to support our underwriting and deal execution function.
This role is ideal for either:
A
Case Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience
in property finance,
or
A
recent graduate
looking for their
first role in finance
, with strong organisational skills and a genuine interest in property and lending.
You will play a key role in managing cases from enquiry through to completion, ensuring deals move efficiently, accurately, and under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Case Management & Workflow Control
Manage multiple live cases simultaneously from enquiry to completion.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Maintain clear case notes and updates across internal systems.
Prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
2. Process & Workflow Support
Follow and help improve structured processes to ensure a smooth case journey.
Assist in streamlining internal workflows to improve turnaround times.
Think creatively and proactively to resolve issues that may delay completion.
3. Stakeholder Liaison
Act as a key point of contact between brokers, lenders, solicitors, valuers, and surveyors.
Chase outstanding items and manage expectations professionally.
Communicate confidently both verbally and in writing with all parties involved.
4. Underwriting Support
Work closely with the Head of Underwriting on deal progression.
Support credit assessments, deal structuring, and lender submissions.
Help identify potential risks early and assist in finding solutions.

Experience
Option 1:
Minimum
3 years' experience
in property finance, case management, underwriting support, or a similar role
Option 2:
A
graduate
with strong attention to detail, drive, and an interest in finance/property
(Experience in bridging finance, development finance, or buy-to-let is advantageous but not essential for graduates.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 28,000.00-37,000.00 per year
