We're looking for a proactive, organised, and client-focused Mortgage Administrator to join our friendly, high-performing team.
What You'll Do
Be the Client's Guide: Support clients from their first inquiry to the completion of their mortgage or protection application, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Own the Process: Prepare and submit mortgage and insurance applications, liaise with providers, and keep clients updated every step of the way.
Keep us on Track: Maintain accurate client records, manage back-office systems, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
Deliver Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Support the Team: Assist with suitability reports, illustrations, and paperwork, and pitch in with ad-hoc tasks to help colleagues and managers succeed.
What We're Looking For
Confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A natural communicator with a professional, friendly manner.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support your teammates.
Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to take initiative.
Desired
At least 1-2 years' experience in the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on mortgages and protection.
