What You'll Do:



Build, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta and more Be agile to learn new performance platforms such as self service programmatic, TikTok etc Deliver high-performance Google Shopping campaigns and maintain product feeds Set up and be comprehensive in managing conversion tracking, including use of Google Tag Manager (GTM) Implement and optimise Google Ads scripts to streamline performance Formulate and deliver data-led strategies that drive results - and aren't afraid to test, learn and evolve Manage client relationships with confidence, providing clear communication, reporting and strategic insights Lead SEO strategy development and execution across multiple client accounts. Conduct detailed technical audits, keyword research, site structure reviews, and content optimisation plans, incorporating AI and future proofing. Create content strategies and execute plans which drive results Develop link-building and outreach strategies to strengthen domain authority. Monitor site performance and recommend technical fixes to improve crawlability, site speed, and user experience.

What You'll Bring:



Proven strong experience managing PPC & SEO campaigns (agency or client-side) Experience with Ecommerce, Conversion tracking, GTM, Search Console, Clarity, SEM Rush/SE Ranking, Moz Experienced in presenting and leading projects Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical details clearly and build strong client rapport Strategic mindset with a hands-on, experimental approach to optimisation A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment
