MOT Tester / Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

MOT Tester Duties (50%)

Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnostics Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements Identify repairs and recommend next steps to customers Maintain accurate digital test records

Reception / Front of House Duties (50%)

Greet customers and manage incoming enquiries Book appointments and manage workshop diary Handle payments and invoicing Provide clear and friendly communication about vehicle issues and timelines Assist with general administrative tasks to support smooth operations
