Job Description

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys being part of family life. You'll work closely with mum and dad to help keep our home running smoothly -- splitting your time between childcare and household support.

We already have a cleaner twice a week, so your focus will be on daily routines, childcare, keeping the house tidy in between cleans and practical family help. It is an ideal role for those looking to increase their newborn and toddler experience.

Key Responsibilities

Caring for our happy 16-month-old: play, reading, walks, outdoor fun, mealtimes, and naps Supporting mum with the newborn once baby arrives -- helping with feeds, sterilising bottles, nappy changes, and soothing Light household chores: tidying play areas, laundry, washing up, and keeping family spaces organised Simple meal preparation and family support around dinner Occasional errands (if needed) Being a warm, friendly, and positive presence in our home
Hours & Structure

25-35 hours per week Live-in or live-out Later shifts ideal (e.g. some late afternoon/early evening hours) Willingness to travel a plus
We love to sit down together as a family for dinner, and our home is relaxed but busy -- perfect if you like a warm family atmosphere.

Accommodation (if live-in)

For live-in candidates, there is a lovely double room on a separate floor, offering peace and privacy.
