The Role

We're looking for a talented freelance Ad Creative Specialist to join us 1 to 2 days a week at our Brighton office. You'll be responsible for creating high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns. Ideally, you're confident with motion graphics and understand what makes people stop scrolling and take action.

Responsibilities

Design and produce engaging ad creatives optimised for Meta, Google, and TikTok Create motion graphics and animated assets that grab attention and drive clicks Edit existing content into new ad formats for testing and iteration Work closely with our paid media team to align creative with performance goals Stay on top of creative trends in performance marketing and apply them to your work

Requirements

Strong portfolio of ad creatives with proven results across Meta or Google campaigns Proficiency in motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) Understanding of performance-driven creative and eCommerce funnels Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds Must be

based near Brighton

and available to work

in-office 1-2 days per week

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 150.00-250.00 per day

Brighton BN1 4GW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Google Ad Generation: 2 years (required) Meta Ad Generation: 2 years (required)
