Hours - Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch

What you'll do at work
Key responsibilities include:
Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
Communicate professionally with customers, their representatives, and insurers over the phone
Support the coordination and administration of temporary replacement vehicle services via our supply chain
Assist in overseeing vehicle damage repairs through our network of approved repairers
Provide daily administrative assistance to Motor Claims Handlers
Contribute to invoicing processes through accurate administrative support
