NI Auto Assist are seeking a detail-oriented Motor Claims Processor to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing insurance claims efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities
Review incoming insurance claims for completeness and accuracy.
Process claims promptly using specialised software systems.
Verify claim information against policy details and supporting documentation.
Communicate with clients and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or gather additional information.
Maintain organised records of all processed claims for audit purposes.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Assist in resolving claim disputes or issues as they arise.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to claims processing workflows.
Experience
Previous clerical experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures.
Strong organisational skills are essential to manage multiple claims efficiently and accurately.
Experience with data entry or processing software will be advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently within a team environment.
