Warranty Claims Handler - Warranty Super star!

We are looking for a Claims handler, who can manager claims from car dealers. So, an individual with good knowledge of motor vehicles, maybe a mechanical background, would be great.
We also need this individual to be driven as we are wanting a person who is keen to drive our business forward. They will therefore be keen to get involved in business development, calling dealers to develop accounts and looking for new opportunities.
We are keen to recruit an individual that wants to be part of a team, has a good work ethic and has a can-do attitude. This role has no limits, and we are looking for an individual that can grow with the business, and will be rewarded for our joint success.
The role-

Dealer with warranty claims from Motor dealers. Developing relationships with existing and new business to drive the business forward.
Attributes-

Good understanding of mechanical aspects of motor vehicles, could suit a mechanic, or similar. A proactive and customer service focused role you will need to be an excellent negotiator. An ability to deal with challenging customers and situations in a calm and professional manner. Understanding of the Consumer rights act, and the implications to Motor Dealers. Desire to see business growth, and get involved in business generation. A consultative negotiator with a desire to achieve a win-win from all situations. Happy to work autonomously, with a drive to succeed. Home working may be available for the right candidate. Great progression available, we have a desire to be a provider of choice to the motor trade and this individual will play their part in achieving this, in return we will support, mentor and challenge is individual to achieve of their best and work with them to achieve their desired results.
