Motor Complaints handler - Motor insurance - Pure remote - 3 month contract - xc2xa320-xc2xa325 p/hour plus holiday pay
Robert Half are working with a rapidly expanding client on the recruitment of an experienced Motor Complaints handler.
You will need demonstrable experience of Motor Insurance Complaints to be considered for this role.
This role is pure remote and will be for an initial period of 3 months
Required experience

  • 3+ years experience of motor insurance complaints
  • Full 'end to end' complaints experience
  • Good knowledge of the FCA handbook
  • Experience of working within FCA regulated environment
  • Root cause analysis
  • Experience in delivering quality customer outcomes
  • Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
